Per the Covenants garbage and recycle bins must be stored out of public view on non-garbage/recycle pick up days. It is recommended that garbage and recycle containers are brought curbside earliest the evening before scheduled collection and returned out of public view by the evening of scheduled pick up day. Yard debris must be stored alongside home or in the garage until Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and is not encouraged to remain curbside for longer than one day. Yard debris of branches must be cut to 6 ft lengths and bundled.
