The Access Control Contract represents the biggest budget expense for the
Eagles Master Association. The Eagles Master Association self employs an Access
Control Manager who is responsible for supervising the contracted personnel.
Access Control monitor the development by regular patrol and respond to homeowner concerns.
Visitors are checked in at all times and homeowners must advise the applicable gatehouse
if guests are expected after 8:00pm. Access Control Personnel have
also been given the authority to enforce the speed limit within the community by means of radar
and to stop violators. All vehicles observed regularly parked on the streets will also be warned
of towing procedures.
Homeowners are encouraged to keep driveway parked vehicles locked at all times and free of valuables, garage doors closed when not in use,
wearing visible clothing when jogging at night on the streets, respecting neighbors when holding parties and
accurately relaying any suspicious behavior.
Homeowners are requested to direct expected delivery trucks exceeding 9ft in height via the back gate as the front Main Gate Visitor's Lane is unable to accommodate these vehicles.
