Within the gates of The Eagles, every home is part of one of nine Villages,
which provide an additional sense of identity to every resident. These subdivisions have their own
Association governing documents,
which further protect the integrity of the community. The Villages
also serve to maintain their local roads, street lights and common areas and to provide
architectural review at the most local level. Each Village has its own annual budget, local
Board of Directors and is required to have at least one Annual Membership Meeting.
Typically, the President of Each Village Board also sits on the
Board of The Eagles Master Association
where they represent the particular interests of their Village in the Eagles community.
Each owner, guest, visitor, lessee or invitee entering upon the properties of the
Eagles shall abide by the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and Rules & Regulations
and Conditions contained in the Declaration of the Eagles Master Association Inc., AND
the Declaration of each of the Villages of the Eagles to the extent that they are applicable.
Mandatory Association
Mandatory Association fees are assessed by each Village per calendar year.
