Grand Oak Island situated amidst St. Andrews, Byrnwyck and Augusta
Villages, (legally "MF-3 at The Eagles"), is the smallest Village in The Eagles Development.
Turnover of this 14-home Village enclave took place August 5, 2004. Perched between holes 2 and 16 of The Lakes Golf Course all of the homes in Grand Oak Island were built by Avalon Homes who nestled these home sites amongst the "grand old oaks" in the Eagles.
The legal name for Grand Oak Island is "Tract MF-3 at the Eagles". Grand Oak Island is self managed.
