St. Andrews is located along the eastern perimeter of the planned development and is the second largest Village in The Eagles. It's Association was turned over in January 2003 and was fully developed during 2004. St. Andrews is comprised of a total of 269 homes. St. Andrews runs over two miles end to end interspersed with several of the holes on the Lakes Golf Course. This community also has two interior ponds which are included in the 12 ponds they maintain.
